In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly indicates otherwise.

To register and use the ofu777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account's existence.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration. ofu777 is an internationally licensed platform designed for and marketed to Indonesian players.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, including ofu777, or subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or similar legal instrument that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of any other person when registering or placing bets. All Accounts must be operated solely by the registered Member in their personal capacity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of ofu777, or an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written disclosure and approval from ofu777's compliance team.

Registration on ofu777 is free of charge. Each person is permitted to hold only one Account at any given time. The following rules apply to all Account registrations:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identification document (KTP or passport), date of birth, and a valid email address.
• You must keep your registration information up to date. If any of your details change after registration, you must update your Account profile promptly or notify our support team.
• Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. If ofu777 detects that a Member holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or linked bank account — all duplicate Accounts will be suspended, any Bonus Funds will be voided, and pending withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ofu777 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify ofu777 immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred.
• ofu777 reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

ofu777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and may be required at any point during a Member's use of the Platform at ofu777's discretion.

Documents accepted for KYC verification include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — KTP), showing a clear photograph, full name, and date of birth matching the registered Account details.
• Indonesian passport (the photo page and personal details page must be clearly legible).
• Proof of address: a recent bank statement (issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognized Indonesian bank), utility bill, or similar official document dated within 90 days of submission, bearing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment method verification: for withdrawals via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, Shope ePay, LinkAja), you may be required to submit a screenshot of the registered e-wallet account confirming that the account holder name matches your ofu777 registration.

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload portal within your Member dashboard. ofu777 aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours during WIB business days. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the ofu777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 10.000.
• Accepted deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within 5 minutes of successful bank transfer confirmation. During periods of high transaction volume or bank maintenance windows, processing may take longer.
• ofu777 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• ofu777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which ofu777 bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000.
• Maximum withdrawal amount per single transaction: Rp 50.000.000. Members wishing to withdraw larger amounts must submit multiple requests or contact support.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal will be processed.
• ofu777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Members will be notified if additional verification is required.

ofu777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement) that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount on eligible games and sports markets.
• Bonus Funds may not be used to place bets on games or markets that are excluded from wagering contribution. Excluded categories will be listed in the specific promotion terms.
• ofu777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at ofu777's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
• A Member may hold only one active bonus at a time. Applying a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling activity — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Member's Account.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the ofu777 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ofu777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been successfully placed and confirmed by the Platform.
• In the event of a palpable error in pricing — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, decimal errors, or odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market — ofu777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's Account balance.
• For sports betting markets, ofu777 follows the standard bandar bola (football bookmaker) and voor bola (Asian handicap) settlement rules published in the sports betting help section of the Platform. These rules govern how goals, suspensions, forfeits, and other in-match events affect bet outcomes.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the full accumulator to pay out, unless otherwise specified in the product rules. If one or more legs are voided (e.g., due to match cancellation or postponement), the bet recalculates with the remaining valid legs.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are determined by official draw outputs from the licensed source provider. ofu777's platform displays draw results as received from the source and bears no responsibility for errors introduced by the source provider.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply per game and per market category. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at ofu777's discretion.
• ofu777 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close any Member's betting activity — including setting lower maximum bet limits — if there is evidence that the Member is a professional bettor, arbitrage bettor, or is exploiting pricing inefficiencies in a manner that is inconsistent with recreational gambling activity.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ofu777 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviors listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent registration: providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Underage gambling: registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: holding more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account using your identity or payment details.
• Automated betting tools: using bots, scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion: coordinating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games, or engage in any form of chip dumping in poker or similar formats.
• Money laundering: using the ofu777 Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant international compliance bodies in accordance with AML obligations.
• Exploitation of system errors: exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds or to access features not intended to be available. Any winnings derived from a confirmed system error are void.
• Chargebacks: initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider for any deposit made to ofu777. Chargebacks trigger immediate Account suspension and recovery proceedings.

ofu777 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or emotional harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: configure an automatic logout after a specified period of continuous platform activity.
• Loss Limits: set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined time period. Once reached, betting activity is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Self-Exclusion: request temporary exclusion (7 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: receive regular on-screen reminders displaying how long you have been playing in the current session.

All content on the ofu777 Platform — including but not limited to the ofu777 brand name, logo, website design, graphical user interface, software, text, imagery, video streams, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of ofu777 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others).

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not extend to:

• copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without express written consent from ofu777;
• reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• scraping, data-mining, or using automated tools to extract data, odds, or other content from the Platform;
• creating derivative works based on Platform content or design.

Any unauthorized use of ofu777's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ofu777 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings or opportunity to bet resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity failures, or scheduled maintenance windows.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Third-party payment failures, including delays or errors introduced by Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) or e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) during deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or any other event beyond ofu777's reasonable control that affects Platform availability or transaction processing.

In all cases where ofu777 is found liable, our maximum aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim shall not exceed the total value of Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arose.

Either party may terminate the Member's Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

12.1 Termination by the Member: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ofu777 will process any remaining real-money balance to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied and no pending investigations are active on the Account. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.2 Termination by ofu777: ofu777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or provision of false identity information;
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward ofu777 staff or other Members;
• Regulatory or legal requirement compelling ofu777 to restrict or terminate access.

Where an Account is closed by ofu777 for cause, any remaining Funds will be reviewed before release. Funds determined to be derived from fraudulent activity will not be returned.

ofu777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ofu777 will provide notice by one or more of the following means:

• A notification displayed on the Platform upon your next login;
• An email sent to the address registered on your Account;
• An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

ofu777 recommends that all Members review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing their use of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ofu777 holds its international operating license.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ofu777, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: the Member must first contact ofu777's support team and allow a reasonable period (not less than 14 calendar days) for the matter to be resolved through direct communication.
2. Formal Complaint: if the matter is not resolved informally, the Member may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. ofu777 will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 calendar days.
3. Arbitration: if the formal complaint process does not result in resolution, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a competent court to prevent immediate and irreparable harm pending the outcome of any arbitration.
